How does Beeok Compliance work?

Our SaaS is a platform accessed through our proprietary authentication system, using a username and password. It contains the regulations that apply to your production or service activity, allowing you to create matrices, receive updates on legislation, evaluate legal compliance, upload evidence, generate action plans, and issue internal audit reports immediately, among other actions.

How is Beeok Compliance activated?

If there is a commercial agreement, a kick-off meeting is scheduled and the service is active at that meeting.

How can I manage a matrix?

You can create a matrix from scratch, filling in simple fields that will generate it in a few minutes. If you wish to create your matrix on the platform based on the data you already have, you can add or delete articles with a single click. You can also edit it as you receive regulatory updates. Having your matrix, you can evaluate compliance, add evidence, assign responsibilities for action plans, stipulate penalties, among other actions.
